During my Private Wine Tour in Syracuse at Pupillo’s Winery, we will be completely immersed in an ancient and very charming atmosphere, where you can take part to an unforgettable experience, that starts with a guided visit (by the owners) to the winery’s historical buildings: the Towers courtyard, the Memories courtyard, the amazing botanical garden and the 18th century Palmento winery.
Following, the private wine tour continues with the wine tasting and a light lunch: our guests, may take seat in the winery, or in a separate hall, for a tasting of three wines, paired with traditional farmers’ recipes: Sicilian wheat bread with local olive oil, fresh and seasoned cheeses, olives, impanate and vota-vota (bread stuffed with vegetables), salads, seasonal fruits and almond biscuits or other typical sweets like cannoli or cassatelle.
